Growing up in North Carolina, Kristen Lueck spent most of her summers on the NC coast – from the Outer Banks to Sunset Beach and all of the towns in between. After moving away to both New York and Chicago after college, she feels lucky to be back in North Carolina and living out her dream of living at the beach full-time. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in strategic communications from Elon University. Prior to becoming a real estate broker, she led integrated marketing communications teams working with national brands such as McDonalds, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Johnnie Walker, Tabasco, and 3M to name a few. She now works full-time in real estate and is excited to be partnering with the Andy Bovender Team who has over $1.5 billion in sales volume and has helped over 4000 families find their place in the world! Kristen has a keen eye for design, thrives on organization, and advocates for her clients. She listens to each of her clients’ needs and strategically negotiates to ensure their best interests are always at the forefront. She is well-skilled in new developments, renovations, and a local expert on multiple coastal communities. She enjoys working with repeat and first-time home buyers, sellers, builders, and investors to find and sell homes in every price range. Kristen has her military relocation professional certification and is certified in buying and selling historic homes.  When she isn’t assisting clients or working on design and remodel projects at her own home, Kristen enjoys spending time with friends, family and her dog, Charlie. She also loves being out on the water, soaking up the sun on the beach, and visiting local markets and events in Southport, Wilmington, Wrightsville, Oak Island, and Ocean Isle - some of her favorite beach towns.
