About This Property

Property for sale by Auction! Price listed is starting/current bid only and not actual sales price! Check out this two-story home that offers +/- 3,000 square feet between two levels. This property has a story to tell! Over the years, the building has served as a frame shop and multiple living quarters, creating a flexible and interesting layout. The upstairs apartment is accessed by a metal staircase at the rear of the home. Renovate the existing configuration, reimagine the interior, create additional living space or develop a plan that works for your needs. The existing structure provides a substantial footprint to work with. Home sits on +/- 0.50 acres within the Town of Taylorsville, NC. The property needs renovation and is being sold as-is, where-is. Home has City water and sewer; however, the utilities are currently off and have not been used for an extended period. The property is located within the city limits and is currently zoned Residential. Buyers should perform their own inspections and due diligence regarding the structure, utilities, and permitted uses within the town.
